Our Deck Drawings package includes a Floor Plan, Framing Plan, Elevations, and Construction Details for your proposed deck. These drawings can be used for permit applications, contractor reference, and construction.
For most deck permits, a Site Plan is also required. Add a Standard Site Plan with your Deck Drawings order for just $70 (regular price $99).
What We Need From You
Please provide a simple hand-drawn sketch showing:

Deck location relative to the existing house

Stair locations (if applicable)

Electrical outlets, lighting, or other electrical features

Height from ground to deck floor

Multiple height measurements if the ground slopes

Any special features or notes
Photos of the proposed deck location are always helpful but not required.
